COMMUNITY RULES
KRUZIFIX is an 18+ private forum built around broad freedom of expression. Members may hold unpopular, offensive, controversial or unconventional opinions. Freedom of expression on this forum does not create a right to violate another person's privacy, exploit minors, threaten people, compromise accounts or systems, or use the service for unlawful harm.
01. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to register, hold an account or access the private forum. If the administration reasonably believes an account belongs to a person under 18, access may be terminated.
02. Broad freedom of speech
Debate, criticism, dark humour, profanity, political disagreement, controversial opinions and arguments are generally permitted. Users are expected to decide for themselves what they wish to read and engage with. The exceptions below are hard boundaries rather than a guarantee that every possible form of content will remain available.
03. No doxxing or exposure of private information
Do not publish, trade, request or threaten to publish another person's private or identifying information without permission. This includes private addresses, private phone numbers, passwords, authentication material, private documents, non-public financial information, exact private locations, or comparable data that could be used to identify, access, stalk or harm another person.
Do not use KRUZIFIX to coordinate harassment, stalking, extortion or coercion based on another person's private information.
04. Protection of minors — zero tolerance
Sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.
- No child sexual abuse material or sexualised imagery involving minors.
- No links, requests, offers, trading, distribution or instructions intended to obtain such material.
- No grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or attempts to facilitate sexual contact between adults and minors.
- No advocacy, encouragement, normalisation or promotion of sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Good-faith discussion of news, law, prevention, safety or condemnation of abuse is not treated as promotion merely because the subject is mentioned, provided the discussion does not include prohibited exploitative material or facilitate abuse.
05. No direct harmful abuse of the service
Do not use KRUZIFIX to issue credible threats of violence, extort users, steal credentials, distribute malware, compromise accounts or systems, or coordinate conduct whose primary purpose is unlawful harm to another person or service.
06. Do not impersonate staff
Do not falsely present yourself as an Administrator or Moderator, fabricate official KRUZIFIX notices, or use another person's account without authorisation.
07. Forum abuse and spam
Deliberate flooding, automated spam, repeated disruption of threads, attachment abuse, reaction manipulation, vote manipulation, invitation abuse or deliberate attempts to bypass forum restrictions may result in LIMITED status or suspension.
08. LIMITED status
Administrators may place an account in LIMITED status. A LIMITED account may retain access to private messages and permitted read-only areas while losing the ability to post, create threads, react, vote or write in the shoutbox until the restriction is removed by an Administrator.
09. Administration decisions
The administration may remove content, lock threads, alter privileges, issue temporary restrictions, assign LIMITED status, suspend an account or permanently terminate access. The administration may take such action without advance warning and is not required to provide a reason or explanation to the affected user, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Your account, your responsibility
You are responsible for what you submit through your account and for protecting your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, stop using the compromised session where possible and contact the administration.
11. Agreement
Creating or using a KRUZIFIX account means that you acknowledge these Rules and the Terms of Service, confirm that you are 18 or older, and understand that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk, subject to applicable law.
