TERMS OF SERVICE
KRUZIFIX.NET is an 18+ private community. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, logging in, or otherwise using an authenticated account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service and the Rules.
1. Acceptance and responsibility
Use of KRUZIFIX.NET is voluntary. You access and use the site, its forum, private messages, files, user-generated content and community features at your own discretion and responsibility. If you do not agree with these Terms or the Rules, do not create or use an account.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
2. Accounts and invitations
Access to restricted areas may require an invitation-based account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Accounts, invitations, ranks, access levels and privileges may be limited, changed, suspended or withdrawn by the administration.
3. Data required to operate the service
The administration may process information that you provide when creating or using an account, profile information, forum and messaging activity, moderation records, and technical or security information that is reasonably necessary to authenticate accounts, operate the site, prevent abuse, investigate security problems, maintain the forum and enforce these Terms and the Rules.
KRUZIFIX administration does not sell member personal data and does not voluntarily disclose private account data to unrelated third parties for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes. Administrators or moderators who have access to account information are expected to use that access only for operating, securing and moderating the service.
Information may nevertheless need to be processed by infrastructure or service providers required to operate the site, or disclosed where required by applicable law, a valid legal obligation, or where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users or its security.
4. Security and third-party risk
The administration intends to keep account information private and to use reasonable safeguards. No website, server, network or storage system can guarantee absolute security. By using the service you acknowledge the possibility of technical failures, unauthorised third-party access, vulnerabilities, compromised devices, hosting or network incidents, and other events outside the direct control of KRUZIFIX members or administrators.
Members of the administration who handle account information are to retain and use it only as necessary for the operation, moderation, maintenance and security of the site.
5. User-generated content
Forum posts, replies, profile material, shoutbox messages, private messages and uploaded files are created by individual users. Users are responsible for the content they submit and for ensuring that they have the right to submit it. KRUZIFIX does not adopt user-generated statements as statements of the administration merely because they appear on the site.
The community is intended to permit broad freedom of expression, but that freedom remains subject to the Rules, the privacy and safety of other people, and applicable law.
6. Moderation, limitation and termination
The administration may remove content, restrict features, assign a LIMITED status, suspend an account, revoke an invitation, change privileges, or permanently terminate access when it considers this appropriate for moderation, safety, security or operation of the community.
An account may be limited, suspended or terminated without prior warning and without the administration being required to provide the affected user with a reason or detailed explanation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Availability and changes
KRUZIFIX.NET is provided on an as-available basis. Features, ranks, forum systems, stored content and access rules may be changed, interrupted or removed. The administration does not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of user content.
8. Assumption of risk
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you use KRUZIFIX.NET at your own risk and are responsible for your own decisions, interactions, downloads, uploads and communications. You should not rely on the service as a guaranteed secure storage location or as a substitute for your own backups and security practices.
9. Rules
The KRUZIFIX Rules form part of these Terms. A violation of the Rules may result in content removal, LIMITED status, suspension or permanent termination.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be revised as the site develops. Continued use of an account after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. The current version will remain publicly accessible on this page.
